These tightly woven 100% cotton gauze packing strips are ideal for sterile drainage of open and/or infected wounds. Some open wounds have the ability to become infected and can’t begin to heal properly with the simple application of an adhesive bandage. When you need to sterilize the wound before covering with the proper wound dressing, consider Medline CURAD 1/2 in x 5 yd Plain Packing Strips. The 1/2 inch packing strips are made with 100 percent cotton gauze packing strips that are perfect for sterilizing open or infected wounds. The strips are approximately 5 yards in length, allowing for multiple uses if necessary. To avoid any allergic reactions, the strips are latex free.
